Advance booking. Tickets are available
– online via our website on the event pages of the respective event
– at all known advance booking offices

Great discounts on advance booking. It pays to book early: our discounted advance booking prices apply until the start of the respective event day, and the box office prices apply on the day of the event.

Shipping options.
– E-ticket with QR code / Print@Home ticket (free of charge)
– Dispatch by post up to 5 working days before the event (€ 4.90 dispatch fee)
– Reservation or deposit of tickets at the box office is not possible

Concessions. Pupils, trainees and students, persons serving in the Federal Volunteer Service and FSJ, severely disabled persons, unemployed persons and social welfare recipients may purchase tickets at a concessionary price upon presentation of proof of eligibility. At the entrance to the event, a valid entitlement card (pupil’s card, student’s card, severely disabled person’s card, etc.) must be presented. If no entitlement card can be presented, admission will only be granted on payment of the difference to the normal price.

Tickets for pros. Professional artists can obtain concession tickets. This requires accreditation in advance of the festival at profi-ticket@asphalt-festival.de.

No returns, no exchanges. Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged, except for cancelled performances.

Accessibility Information. All venues are wheelchair-accessible and accessible to mobility impaired patrons. Wheelchair accessible toilets are available at all venues.

Accessibility of the performances of “Verrückt nach Trost“. Book wheelchair tickets conveniently via our webshop. If all are fully booked and there is further demand, please email us at info@asphalt-festival.de. We will do our best to arrange additional wheelchair spaces. The seats for accompanying persons are located in the immediate vicinity of the booked seating. In the Düsseldorf Schauspielhaus there is a barrier-free WC to the right of the box office. At the end of the right-hand foyer corridor there is a barrier-free lift that will take you to the auditorium. We also offer optional hearing loops for all seats from row 4. Audience members with hearing aids can hear the sound on stage amplified in this way. Assistance dogs are also welcome at the Düsseldorf Schauspielhaus. You can bring your assistance dog to your seat and have it with you during the performance. We recommend booking seats along the outer aisles in the webshop so that your assistance dog can sit comfortably.
