In order to enable contact tracing in case of infection, we are obliged to record the name, address and telephone number of the purchaser and the names of all accompanying persons with every ticket purchase and store them for four weeks.

Box office at the venue
On all festival days, the box office opens one hour before the performance (cash only)

Pupils, trainees and students, voluntary workers of BFD and FSJ, the severely disabled, the unemployed and recipients of social welfare can purchase tickets at a reduced price upon presentation of proof of eligibility. At the entrance to the event, a valid entitlement card (pupil’s card, student’s card, severely disabled person’s card, etc.) must be presented. If no entitlement card can be presented, admission will only be granted on payment of the difference to the normal price.

How to get your tickets
if you order before 25 June 2021
we will send the tickets by post after receipt of payment for a fee of 2.50 euros.
for customers ordering after 26 June 2021
tickets will no longer be sent by post, but will be available for collection at the box office.

Open-air events
The events on the Seebühne at the Schwanenspiegel, on the open-air stage / Gustaf-Gründgens-Platz and in the public space take place open air, there is no roof over the seats. Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather. In the event of severe weather or storm warnings, the events must unfortunately be cancelled. In that case, ticket costs will be refunded.

Comfort seats at Chinchilla Arschloch, waswas
For all visitors who need more freedom of movement and comfort to be able to follow the performance in a relaxed manner, a limited number of specially reserved seats (‘comfort seats’) are available per performance. From the ‘comfort seats’, the auditorium can also be easily left and re-entered during the performance. All tics are welcome.
