Advance booking<\/span>
Tickets are available
– online via our website on the event pages of the respective event
– at all known advance booking offices (Click here to search for advance booking outlets by postcode.<\/a>)

Big discounts in advance booking 
<\/span>It pays to book early: our discounted advance booking prices apply until the day before the event, and the box office prices apply on the day of the event.<\/p>\n

Shipping options <\/span>
– E-ticket with QR code \/ Print@Home ticket (free of charge)
– Dispatch by post up to 5 working days before the event (€4.90 postage fee).
It is not possible to reserve or deposit tickets at the box office.
Please help us to conserve resources for the sake of the environment. Do not print out your ticket, but present the QR code from the confirmation email on your mobile phone or the digital ticket in your wallet at the entrance.<\/p>\n

Discounts 
<\/span>Pupils, trainees and students, volunteers, severely disabled, unemployed and welfare recipients can purchase tickets at a reduced price upon presentation of proof. A valid authorisation card (pupil’s ID, student ID, severely disabled person’s ID, etc.) must be presented at the entrance to the event. If no authorisation card can be presented, admission will only be granted upon payment of the difference to the normal price.<\/p>\n

Professional tickets<\/span>
A limited number of discounted tickets are available per event for professional artists. Please register for accreditation at profi-ticket@asphalt-festival.de and include date and time of the event you would like to visit. To be eligible for accreditation, you must be currently employed in the arts and culture sector. After your accreditation has been checked and confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to the asphalt Festival webshop to purchase your ticket with a 50% discount. If you do not buy the ticket before the date mentioned in the email your reservation will be cancelled. Only one discounted ‘professional ticket’ per person can be purchased per event.<\/p>\n

Bookings for school classes<\/span> 
Teachers wishing to book tickets for school classes should send an email to info@asphalt-festival.de.<\/p>\n

No returns, no exchanges<\/span>
Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged, except for cancelled performances.<\/p>\n

Information on accessibility<\/span>
All venues are accessible to wheelchair users and visitors with reduced mobility. Wheelchair accessible toilets are available at all venues.<\/p>\n
