The Seebühne at the Schwanenspiegel is a stage that floats on the water, while the audience sits on the terraces on the shore. A sophisticated headphone system is used to acoustically connect the audience with the action on stage.

»Sharp-witted lyricist who radiates boundless energy on stage«
Afropop Worldwide

It doesn’t get more charismatic than this: Haitian MC, poet and singer Vox Sambou combines the spirit of Fela Kuti and Bob Marley in his music. His energetic, groovy sound blends elements of Afrobeat, Brazilian Candomblé, jazz, reggae, funk and hip-hop. Based in Montreal, where he is a founding member of the successful hip-hop collective Nomadic Massive, Vox Sambou is fluent in Haitian Creole, French, English, Spanish and Portuguese. His lyrics repeatedly denounce injustice and social ills. He recently released his fourth solo album “We Must Unite” which he is now presenting in Germany. At his concert on the Seebühne, he will be accompanied by the excellent singer Malika Tirolien, known for her work with Snarky Puppy, and his five-piece band. Don’t miss the chance to see this incomparable showman live – and put on your dancing shoes!
